Processing
Processing time can regularly take up to 6 weeks, with lead
times taking up to 8 weeks during peak season such as leading up to the winter
holidays. All pieces are made to order. If you would like an estimate of lead
times, please send us an email at orders@diamondevolution.com

Shipping:
Please note, most of our shipping goes out through FedEx, if the address is outside of FedEx shipping ranges, we may use a different shipping company. For insurance reasons, a signature is required to accept delivery. Unfortunately, at the time, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. We apologise for the inconvenience. 

Returns and Refunds:
Please note, you are allowed 1 return within 30 days of receiving your product. All jewellery must be unworn, with tags and all material returned. Certificates must be included or there is a $150 certificate replacement fee. Shipping to the facility must be paid for by the buyer. Please contact our customer service email for more information. If you are shipping an item back, please do not mention jewellery or diamonds anywhere on the outside of the package. The shipment must be fully insured, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

A Laboratory Grown Diamond (LGD) has essentially the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as a naturally-mined diamond, except for being a manufactured product grown by man.

Continental Gem Labs (CGL) employs and utilizes those techniques and equipment currently available to CGL, including without limitation 10X magnification, corrected triplet loupe, binocular microscope, master colour comparison stones, non-contact optical measuring device, and other such instruments and/or processes as deemed appropriate by CGL.

CERTIFICATES ARE NEITHER A GUARANTEED VALUATION, NOR APPRAISAL OF ANY GEMSTONE(S) DESCRIBED THEREIN, INCLUDING GRADE, COLOUR AND/OR OTHER CHARACTERISTICS. A CERTIFICATE DESCRIBES ONLY AN OPINION BY CGL ON AN ITEM FOLLOWING THE RESULTS OF SERVICES PERFORMED BY CGL ON THE ITEM, USING EQUIPMENT POSSESSED BY CGL AND TECHNIQUES KNOWN TO CGL AT THE TIME OF EXAMINATION OF THE ITEM BY CGL. OPINIONS MAY VARY AS TO THE CHARACTERISTICS COVERED IN THE CERTIFICATE DEPENDING ON WHEN, HOW AND BY WHOM THE ITEM WAS EXAMINED AND THE TECHNIQUES AND EQUIPMENT USED, WHICH MAY VARY.

NEITHER CGL NOR ITS EMPLOYEES OR SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL, AT ANY TIME, BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIFFERENCE OF OPINION OR DISCREPANCY WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE APPLICATION OF OTHER GRADING, ASSESSMENT AND/OR IDENTIFICATION METHODS, TOOLS OR TECHNIQUES. THE RESULTS OF ANOTHER EXAMINATION OF THE ARTICLE MAY VARY FROM THE CERTIFICATE BASED ON A VARIETY OF FACTORS.

NEITHER CGL NOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY ANY ERROR IN OR OMISSION FROM THE CERTIFICATE, EVEN IF THE LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OR EXPENSE WAS CAUSED BY CGL OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. IN ANY EVENT, CGL AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, STATUTORY AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY ANY ERROR IN OR OMISSION FROM, OR FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OR USE OF, THE CERTIFICATE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CGL OFFERS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.

LGDs have been graded mounted, tested, analyzed, examined, and inscribed with the letters "LGD", and a unique tracking number for stones 0.50 carats and larger.
